1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
  3. The return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

2. Refunds

We process refunds after inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued under the following terms:

  • If eligible, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, kindly follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired item.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the item and packaging.
  2. We will arrange for a replacement or process a full refund, including shipping charges, once the claim is verified.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items on clearance or final sale.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Opened or used items that are not in their original condition.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.
